Some love stories begin with a single moment, a spark that ignites instantly. Ours, however, was a love story written in the stars long before we even met. For over a year, we kept narrowly missing each other at concerts, parties, mutual hangouts, and random encounters that were never quite meant to be. Friends would tell us about each other, unknowingly building anticipation for the moment we would finally cross paths. Sometimes, Rico would show up to see a friend just minutes after Adara had left, or vice versa. It was as if the universe was making sure we met at the perfect time when we were truly ready for each other. That time came at a holiday gathering hosted by mutual friends. From the moment we gazed at each other, something felt different undeniable, magnetic, inevitable. It was love at first sight. Intrigued and drawn to each other, Rico wasted no time and invited Adara to a small get-together at his place. From that night on, our story began, and in a way, we never really had a “first date.” We simply became inseparable. What started as instant attraction has grown into something far deeper—a partnership, a family, a life intertwined. Our greatest milestone yet has been welcoming our daughter, Alara, into our world, solidifying that our love was never just about fate bringing us together but about the life we are building. They say the tide ebbs and flows, never missing its destined path to shore. We met exactly when we were meant to, and now, we walk hand in hand toward forever.
